 Dr. Hanna leaves this week for Quanah, where he will spend the summer recuperating his shattered health.

 Frank Salmon left on Tuesday for a visit to Mineral Wells. He will also take in the Encampment at Austin before returning.

 The disciples of Terpsicore were royally entertained at the residence of Mr. & Mrs. J.H. Doyle last Friday evening.

 Mr. W.R. Joyce and family of Paluxy passed through last Monday for a visit to their old home in Tarrant county.

 Ed Doyle and John Tandy left Tuesday morning at break of day for a week's fishing and hunting in the Palo Pinto mountains.

 Messrs. Albert Miller, Elmo McClellan and Will Thrash will attend the State Encampment at Austin with the 3^rd regiment band, and will leave in a few days.
