On an April day in 1989, Merle McNeese, Yircy Macatee, and I visited here. The bluebonnets and Indian paintbrush were in full bloom.

From Granbury travel an highway #144 south toward Glen Rose. Turn left (east) at Hood County Road #310, then onto CR #311. When the security fence for the electric plant is in view – approximately 6.3 miles, watch for a cattle guard and a metal gate on the right. It will be at the corner of the high fence. The gate may be closed, but it should always be unlocked. Open with care (it drags heavily). Be sure to close it when you are inside the pasture. Follow the dirt road up the hill to the cemetery. It will be on your right – .4 mile.

We cataloged 62 graves and found many more marked only with fieldstones and no identification.
Mary Kate Durham

ARMSTKONG, Charles Ray 3-16-1936 _________
         Masonic emblem

ARMSTRONG, E.
