Some of the patrons have talked to the principal of the school, expressing a desire to continue it by subscription. An interesting entertainment is anticipated at the close of school, consisting of vocal and instrumental music, recitations, declamations, orations, dialogues, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr. John Huffstedler, brother to Sam, has recently purchased the Deaver&#8217;s place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr. Sam Elliott, who bought Mr. Sheridan&#8217;s place, has lately traded it to Mr. F. C. Fortner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr. Nelson of Comanche Peak, has bought Chap Crites&#8217; place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Messrs.
