IT'S HOMECOMING TIME AGAIN! If you have not made your plans to attend Homecoming at Lipan this year, we urge you to do so. It's a wonderful time to get together with old friends and relatives to reminisce and share old memories. This year we will be recognizing the classes ending in "5" and "0", starting with 1930.

For those of you who will find it impossible to be with us at this time, may we ask you to please send a contribution. It is through your contributions and interest earned from Perpetual Care Funds that we are able to carry on the upkeep of our cemeteries. Your past responses have been wonderful. PLEASE DESIGNATE WHICH CEMETERY FUND IS TO RECEIVE YOUR DONATION.

NOTE: A well-kept cemetery says something about the living. It speaks of respect, love, and a sense of history. It speaks of those who remain in this world and their need to care for the memorials of those who have crossed over to another place.

On Saturday night we plan to have a variety entertainment program for your enjoyment. Anyone with a talent who would be willing to be on the program, please contact one of the committee members by the 25th of May. The program starts at 7:00 p.m., but you are welcome to come as early as you like to visit with friends.

The Sunday morning program will begin promptly at 10:45 a.m. There will be singing and a short business meeting along with other activities. Last, but best of all, LUNCH will be spread under the shade trees. Ice, napkins, plates, cups, and plastic ware will be provided.

We hope to "WELCOME YOU HOME" at the Tabernacle on Saturday, June 3 and Sunday, June 4, 2000.

The book Glancing Backwards, A History of Lipan by Iris Williamson Hubbard will be available at Homecoming on Saturday and Sunday for $17.50.
