To the Hon. T.L. Nugent, Judge of the District Court the undersigned G.W. Durrett Justice of the Peace in and for Hood county precinct no. 6 most respectfully presents the following as his report. He has rendered judgements for fines against<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1st<\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The State of Texas
vs
E.B. Hilbun<\/td>		For Cussing and Swearing and using indecent language near a private residence fine $1.00<\/td><\/tr>
Judgment 26th<\/sup> day of December 1883<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

2nd<\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The State of Texas
vs
Robt Keith
John Chambers
Allen Hightower<\/td>		Disturbance near private house the said parties appeared before me for trial 22 day of January 1883 and after hearing the witnesses rendered judgment in each case against defendants $1.00<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

3rd<\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The State of TexasvsG.H. Boon<\/td><\/td>Disturbance near a private residence after being arrested before trial came forward and plead guilty<\/td><\/tr>
Justice fined defendant, trial being set for 24th<\/sup> day of February 1883. Judgment found $2.50<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

No. 4<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The State of Texas vs G.H. Boon<\/td><\/td>This case being reported to Justice for disturbance in a public place and near a private residence by cursing and swearing, defendant come forward & plead guilty to the charge 26th<\/sup> day of Feb 1883 fined $2.50<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

The above fines have been collected and paid over to Treasurer of this Hood County all of which is respectfully submitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
