The papers, filed in a file jacket by case number include arrest warrants, charges, citations, inventories, depositions, judicial orders, interrogatives, judgements, jury findings, witness lists, jury lists, etc. that relate to the case. The cases indexed here were given to The Hood County Genealogical Society Archive in late 1999 when the papers were found stored in a Granbury home. Many of the papers are missing and many were rendered unreadable by termites and mould damage. The column headed “Q’ty Pgs.” contains the number of pages in each file for your use in ordering photo copies of selected files.
